I cancelled the Traveler with the gas engine and am on the verge of canceling the BEV. Being in Canada, makes no sense to buy something completely built in the US as tariffs and taxes will kill me. Also, given the way the US is going, I can’t see Scout investing in Canadian sales/service centers. The whole tariff thing is way too unpredictable and one random, late night tweet could destroy a business model.
Scout did say at the introduction there wouldn't be any Canadian service centers in year one. I can see why that would be frustrating. But plans change. They haven't built any experience/service centers yet.
Who knows what things will look like in two or three years? But if that's how you feel, so be it.

I just cancelled my last reservation. I’m still interested in the brand and will watch what happens here in Canada.

I almost didn’t even make a reservation when I learned at the launch event that there was going to be a hybrid version. Defeats the porpoise.
