At least dealer franchise laws are typically created and enforced at the state level. More confident in having.a say at the state level. If needed better chance of finding a workaround when there is a patchwork of rules to deal with.

Dealership association lawsuits are based on tying VW tentacles to scout and their association dealers Audi , Porsche etc. answer me this who you betting wins this Scout or Dealerships who are currently donating to senators running for reelection this is almost like saying the starting quarterback back is out for New England patriots in superbowl what's their chances not to mention Trumps son in laws father who he pardon owns large stakes in dealerships my money is on dealerships

And state senators want to get things done for their states in Washington they kiss the kings ring currently at least this is the show I've been watching. So like today's superbowl there will be winners and losers. Who do the forum members think who's going to win the lawsuit VW dealership association or Scout ?? Simple question Scout or VW ?? And if I'm a VW dealer I'm getting ready to build my adjoining Scout dealership. Cause once the lawyers bring Scott Keogh on the stand and ask him if he currently owns large amounts of VW stock that was part of his tenure at VW as CEO and now CEO of Scout it's game over as to tying VW to Scout that's my take be interested in others ?
