List of where and when Scouts will be on display?

I just got an email from Scout Motors that the Scouts will be in Fort Worth Texas on October 2 during the PBR Stockyards Showcase and you can enter to win a close up look.

Unfortunately I have a commitment that day. But I was wondering if they would be hanging around any longer in DFW even if you couldn't get as close - or for a list of these events in other cities and I could use my frequent flyer miles if I won the close up look.

How were you able to get the notice from Scout that they were coming? I would like to know if they are coming to my area.

Yes I would like to enter to attend in other cities I could easily fly into.

I assume I got the email based on my reservation address.

I was hoping even if you couldn't get up close, that the Scouts would be available to see from further away for another day or two to or in other locations in DFW.

Seems crazy they would ship the vehicles to one of the largest metro areas in the USA to view for only 50 people in a private viewing for a few hours, and not have other less 'intimate' opportunities.

I received the email and live in North Fort Worth. I entered right away, so we'll see what happens! It's about time we saw one in the flesh!

On a Facebook post the Scout Motors account told me that the vehicles will be out in the open and visible to all in Thursday, but didn't explain what winning gets you. I would assume some closer up supervised access.

After that the vehicles are leaving Texas and won't be back this year.

I'm sure they will in 2027 and perhaps 2026. They need more vehicles because that's a long time to tie 2 of probably a handful up.

Fairgoers expect to be able to sit in a model so it would be awkward to have only one or two cars behind ropes with all the other accessible cars.

This year social media indicates fair attendance is way down. Hopefully they can address some of the problems for next year.

Did anyone on here win and get the close up look, or just go by and see them?

So, I didn’t win tickets but my wife knows someone who did, and they took a couple of pics last night in Fort Worth.

So, after some more digging, my wife's friend did NOT get tickets to the event, she happened to be out for dinner in the Stockyards, saw them, and took some pics.

Both my wife and her friend (who took the pics) have reservations, I know ours is for the Traveller, presumably her friends is too, hence only one pic of the truck!
