Seems like a missed opportunity not to display at the State Fair!

Is EV model's 350 mile range with 35" tires or, if not, what tire size?

I just replaced my Rivian tires at 26K. The Pirelli Scorpions are super soft and don't even come with a tread warranty. Only other tire I could choose were Michelin Defenders for the 21" rims. We'll see if they last till the Scout arrives.

Tesla put one of the largest factories in the US in Texas that doesn't allow direct to consumer sales. But they do not have plans for factory pick up like Scout does. My Rivian purchase was done through the "Rivian Dealership" in Normal, IL.

Current EV owners: are you sticking with full-EV or switching to EREV Harvester Scout?

Because they said Harvester would kick in after 150 miles to stay ahead of charging the battery, they also said at reveal that the battery would run aprox 300 miles with extender turned off.

Current EV owners: are you sticking with full-EV or switching to EREV Harvester Scout?

The harvester charges only, will not be able to power the drivetrain.

Current EV owners: are you sticking with full-EV or switching to EREV Harvester Scout?

The Harvester kicks in after 150 miles of battery only driving in order to get ahead of the charging for the additional miles. You can select battery only and get 300+ miles of EV only range. It really is the best of both worlds. I would only select To have the Harvester kick in on extreme road...

One-Pedal Driving or Two-Pedal Driving -- your preference?

I would assume the regen level is adjustable like most EV's. MY R1S is my first EV and I love one pedal and have the regen set to high. I have not taken it off-road, but interesting enough my Gen 6 Bronco has a one pedal driving feature for off-road that I use rarely.

Dimensions Size [Updated]: Scout TRAVELER SUV vs. R1S, Hummer, Bronco, Jeep Wrangler, 4Runner, Kia EV9, Defender

I don’t think the width dimensions are correct for the final version. If it is, they are going to have to add clearance lights like on the Bronco Raptor.

What are you driving until Scout release date? Photos thread!

love the R1S, but by the time my number is called in a couple years, I’ll be ready for something new with better charging curves.
