Some options I would make available for the Terra would be a tonneau cover, 35 or 37 inch tires, baby seats, coil spring and air suspension options, built in retractable ratchet straps in the bed, led light bar that goes along the top of the windshield inside the vehicle, built in nitrogen tire compressor, factory lift kit options, and of course an optional electric fire pit that stores away somewhere in the bed. Built in ramps to get things that are on wheels into the bed would be a really cool idea.

Premium sound system should be standard equipment

I would make the rear seat very wide so sitting 3 across is comfortable

I would have an off road area In the radio screen. You could click trail finder and find mild public off road trails nearby. I would have the air suspension automatically raise up when approaching gravel or dirt roads.

There should be a yearly Scout celebration event near Charlotte every year that enthusiasts can attend. Attendees can take their Scouts on mild off road trails, buy apparel and accessories, hang out with other Scout owners, and celebrate the brand.

I would make the 350 mile battery the base with harvester only needed to account for additional 150, not 350 miles.

I would put in a naturally aspirated V8, but would settle for a 6, LOL. Hell, I'd even got a turbo 4.

Little 4-cylinder diesel with tons of torque and great highway mileage is always an option once that massive plant is built and demand isn't there or it dwindles for EV's. Heck, that might even be a good choice for the generator!

Side note: That's one of the reasons I was originally interested in the Hyundai Santa Cruz prototype. It was originally going to be a small diesel and only an extended cab with rear suicide half-doors. Beautiful sporty prototype.
