2027…please, oh please don’t let this turn out to be another Canoo pipe dream. Having lots of faith in this brand. Seen so many startup, never get started up.

Seen about a billion dollars go through Canoo’s hands and no product to show. LOL

I'm super excited to have reserved mine back in May. I only wish I had known about the reservations back in October of 24 when do many others put in their orders. Now I'm definitely going to have to wait till 2027 or 2028 for mine.

2024 Subaru Forester; looking to get Scout Traveler Harvester.
Reserved back in October and just switched from Traveler with Harvester to Terra all electric. We just moved and a truck will be more practical. Sure hope they offer it in the original Traveler metallic auburn color, though.

My Uncles had Scouts. I grew up Quail Hunting with my Dad and Uncles. The Scout was tough and reliable. Great Great Memories.

Just added my reservation- I’m an early Grenadier owner (Q4’23), with reservations from the first day you could make them. Test drove pre-production series models, so am used to the wait. My wife is starting to look at options for herself for sometime in the next year or 2, so since Ineos put their plans for the Fusilier on hold, the Scout seems like the only viable option on the market. Seems like they’re making some really smart choices - VW ownership and service network, design for self service, range extender, tariff insulation for US market (likely to be their largest anyhow). I’m not impressed with where JLR or Toyota have gone (I also own Toyotas), which is why I went with the Grenadier. The Scout really seems to get things right that both Rivian and the Toyota (fake) Land Cruiser miss. Go get ‘em, guys.

I’ve not seen my name on the list. Am I missing something?

Hello all, first post! Reserved a Traveler in early January. My thought (after owning 2 BMW I3's and a Cadillac ELR), was an EREV like the Traveler - 100 to 150 miles electric and decent engine for extended range is awesome. The Scout looks perfect and reserved the Harvester hybrid. However, I had the mistake of/good fortune of, sitting in a new Defender and mind was blown. I was so impressed by the interior (and loved the exterior too!) that once I saw a 110 in the limited edition Sedona red, I had to get it... even though I SWORE I'd never buy a fully gas powered car again..:lipssealed:.

BUT, I need/want an EV for daily errands and my lowly Fisker Ocean has been a great car for that. Now that I have the gas Defender, I've decided to go full EV with the Scout. Being that it's the closest thing as far as looks and size/etc to the Defender, I'm hooked!

I learned my lesson the very hard way. I was investing with Fisker and drinking the snake oil from HF and wife. Being that VW is behind it, and a clearly superior strategy (like working software ) and from a company that has made a billion cars and not some idiot and his wife, I'm betting the farm that this US based build will be successful. Right now there's nothing out there that comes even close for me. Go Scout!!! I'll wait for the prize!

I have filled out the reservation info sheet for the forum (reserved mine October 25th, 2024).Ordered the Terra Pure EV - hope the delay behind Harvester models isn’t too long.
