Well folks, as a current reservation holder for the Traveler Harvester (probably a billionth in line) let me begin my first post with my dream trim for the Traveler. I may not be the only one hoping for it.

Let’s call said trim the Scout Traveler Harvester X (for expedition) or Scout Traveler Harvester Yuppie (for the Wrangler/Bronco forum types who think a specc’ed up off-road trim should be punishable by death).
And Scout, if you’re listening, please make this happen 🤞🙌

Exterior:
- 37 tires on 17/18 (like the Terra option that was revealed)
- beefed up tie rods/suspension to accomodate the above
- beefed up C pillars and larger spare tire carrier to accomodate the 37”s
- step rails
- 2 gerrycans on right of the spare tire. Small storage box/gear mount option on left side of spare tire
- larger battery pack/fuel tank to get range to 700 miles (on 37 tires)
- Front winch
- roofrack with integrated lights
- satellite connectivity module on roof
- air suspension option with leveling (if camping on uneven ground)

Interior:
- keep the beautiful leather options/physical compass/backseat heating and ventilation/maybe front massage seats??

What do you fellas think?? Ps. Scout, if you make this, I will sell my kidneys to get one

I’m with you on everything except the air suspension, don’t care about that. I have a Terra Harvester reserved… and I still want a rear-mounted spare (with a continental kit).

Well, I’m likely not Scouts’ target customer but I’ll chime in anyway. I’ve signed up for both vehicles in Harvester form, and am considering changing those to all electric. If 350 miles is anywhere near a realistic expectation that’s probably good enough for me, and for me for this vehicle simplicity would be a draw. The more I consider maintaining an ICE for an EV vehicle the less appealing it sounds. My ideal would have a removable top, and not be vulnerable to weather with said top removed. I’m easy.

If I’m remembering correctly, it’s been said here that all electric will be a wait. And removable top is but a rumor? It’s ok, I’m in no rush!

Yeah. With a 2027 production target, unsure if solid state batteries will be in play. If so, I may switch to all electric too. Those batteries get 1.5-2x Lion range from what I hear
