I love the idea but don’t love losing the console utility-phone chargers, cup holders, storage, etc. I could be wrong, but it looks like there is something that might slide out from under the center seat. Some sort of tray that could be a good spot for phone chargers and cup holders...

I think some of the EV-only battery capacity is given up for the Harvester gas tank.

Based on the unveiling event, the Harvester is about 56:44 electric:generator. Keep in mind that the gas motor goes not power the wheels, it charges the battery.
