I got an invite and am on their forums now. So far it’s just a regular message board but Scout marketing is asking for information. They want to know more intimate details about people on the forum. My only hope in participating is that I get an early chance to test drive a Scout.

IMO, the Harvester is going to win over a lot of ICE owners. My brother is a bit of a diehard on ICE powered trucks. However, the Scout Terra Harvester has his attention. He told me he wants to test drive one. He wouldn't drive my R1T at all.

I’m 100% on the one pedal side of this. It took me 15 minutes of driving my original Rivian to see how awesome it was. I only want the ability to turn it off or VERY low in snowy conditions.

Yea, I think 150 electric range is a very good number for an EREV. I'm planning to get the Harvester, but mostly because I want something I can use for more extended overlanding trips in the middle of no where. Also, the gas motor and V2H will allow protection from more extended power outages.

It’s a novelty until you use it. Then it’s a game changers. My wife and I use the frunk on our Rivian nearly every single day. It’s even more useful than the Gear Tunnel on the R1T.

I'm not usually big on white vehicles but DAMN that's sweet! The only change I would make is to black out the window frames and B pillar. Otherwise I think that's perfection. But I still want one in Army Green. ?

I’m open to other options but I’m currently leaning towards a folding cover like a Bakflip. I’ve had those on past trucks and have never been disappointed. I like how they can be easily removed for larger items.

I’ve got an R2 reservation but I haven’t cancelled it,,,,, yet. In all likelihood I will cancel it in favor of the Scout. My wife is hoping to get an R3X when it comes out.

VDub dealers can kiss my ass. The only downside is that there will be fewer service centers for a decent amount of time. I won't buy anything until they have a service center in the Denver area. I'm pretty sure Scout will have one pretty quickly.

Yea, 17s would be great since you can deflate more but 18s are satisfactory IMO. 18s are certainly better than the 20s we get on Rivians.
