    No - you have it wrong - Pure electric models offer up to 350 miles of range. Scout's extended range models offer 150 miles of range or more through a built-in, gas-powered generator.

    I currently have a Santa Fe Calligraphy (HEV) and love it! If they did some research and take this vehicle, HEV and all the bells and whistles- put it in the Scout- I'm sold. I dread the "plug in" - so old school... give me a system that switches between a gas engine and battery...
