Hopefully they don’t axe the EV altogether. I have a ford lightning and the quietness and not having to maintain things to the same degree is such a positive A nice way to look at this assuming they don’t cancel the BEV altogether is we will get one after all the bugs get worked out .

Most likely exactly why they picked around 150 miles for even some long commutes … I’m still going pure EV though , I enjoy the (lack of) maintenance requirements that come with a gas vehicle and as much as I enjoy turning wrenches , not turning them is also as enjoyable lol.

I paid 1500 for my ford charger install, 60 feet of 2awg 100 amp circuit in 2024. I was able to claim it on taxes as well.

Exactly… love my lightning , it’s perhaps the best vehicle I have owned so far driving manners wise and so much faster than it ever should be. The scout vehicles look badass and share some Rivian platform stuff so should be a solid vehicle.
