    Fully agree. Was looking at the Silverado EV but it is off the list due to lack of CarPlay. The car manufacturers want to sell your driving habit data. This is the reason nearly all new cars have SiriusXM or some cellular connection so they can get this data. That is where the big money is.

    I have had several Jeeps with that material and have had no issues in the Florida sun for years. I don't know about snow, but my guess is it would probably not insulate as well as a hard top.
